I have nothing but praise for them since they allowed me to switch my plan with no penalties. Since there was an issue with my A/C unit, it caused my bills to be higher than they should be. Customer service got me on the best plans until my A/C issue was resolved. I now receive relatively low energy costs considering I'm in the summer heat. I will be staying a customer with them.
