What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, or Bank Card. You can also mail us a check or money order.

How do I pay my bill online?

You login to My Account and there you will see a link to Pay Online.

Can I go somewhere to make a payment in cash?

Yes. You can make a cash payment at Kroger, Walmart, 7/11, CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Stripes, HEB, Circle K, EZ-Mart, Walgreens, Pilot Flying J, Speedway, TravelCenters of America, and more. Frontier Utilities makes it easy to pay your bill with cash. Just text the word "BARCODE" to "55755" to get started

Am I able to set up auto pay with my ACH (checking account)?

Frontier Utilities offers you the opportunity to set your account on auto draft using your debit/credit card.

Am I able to choose my own payment due date?

Frontier Utilities understands the importance of budgeting and acknowledges the need to be able to choose the date when your bills are due. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer the ability to choose when your invoices are due since we are working with an automated billing system.

What is a CVV?

CVV (Card Verification Value) is a 3- or 4-digit security code on your credit or debit card used to verify your identity during transactions.
