Referrer customer must maintain an active Frontier Utilities postpaid residential account throughout the referral process. Prepaid customers are not eligible.

Referred customer must register for the Refer-A-Friend program directly from Frontier Utilities' website (via the entering the unique referral code). Enrollments through third party sites (eg. PowerToChoose.org) are not eligible.

Offer valid for postpaid Texas residential customers referring a friend who signs up for a Texas residential postpaid plan 12 months or longer.

Referred Customer must: (i) not have been a Frontier Utilities Customer for at least 90 days before being referred, and (ii) enroll and maintain a new, post-paid, residential account with Frontier Utilities for at least one billing cycle. Prepaid Plans are not eligible.

Bill credit will be applied within two billing cycles to the Referrer Customer’s account after the referred customer pays their 1st invoice. Bill Credit has no cash value.

Frontier Utilities reserves the right to suspend, change, or cancel this program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Frontier Utilities reserves the right to not award a reward or suspend or terminate any customer’s participation in the Refer-A-Friend program for fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity.
