More Payment Options

Approved walk-up locations are a convenient way to pay in cash. When paying at an approved walk-up location, your payment will post to your account within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  1. To view ACH Payment Solutions locations, click here. Use our new BARCODE payment option through Dollar General Stores. Just text the word "BARCODE" to 55755 to get started.
  2. You can make a cash payment in any Ace Cash Express storefront using your Frontier Account number. To locate the store nearest to you, click here.

For all of the above options, you will pay a convenience fee directly to the merchant (MoneyGram, Ace, Dollar General, or ACH).
Payments posted using Check Free or PLS systems may take up to 5 days to post (HEB, Fiesta, Kroger, Neighborhood Bill Pay Stations) to your account.
Frontier Utilities does not have any agreement with Western Union for payments.
