Pay Your Bill in Person

Preferred walk-up locations are a convenient way to pay in cash. When paying at an approved walk-up location, your payment will post to your account within 1 hour. For faster processing, please have your invoice or Frontier Utilities number in hand.

  • Dollar General / Family Dollar Stores, provided by ACH Payment Solutions - to locate the store nearest you, click here.

Payments made via other processors, such as CheckFreePay (H-E-B, Fiesta, Kroger, Walmart) or PLS stores locations may take up to 3 business days to post to your account. Be sure to choose the Next-Business Day payment option.
