Instant 12 is a tiered product, meaning customers will receive multiple rates based on their monthly usage. Below is an example of tiered rates as they appear on the Instant 12 EFL.
For example: if your monthly usage is 1500 kWh, your initial price would be $66.50 (i.e., 1000 x 5.9¢ and 500 kWh x 1.5¢), plus TDSP charges that are passed through without markup, taxes, GRT and any other non-recurring fees; if your monthly usage is 2200 kWh, your initial price would be $89.40 (i.e., 1000 x 5.9¢, 1000 x 1.5¢, and 200 x 7.7¢.
This is a "pass though" plan. The bill calculation examples above do not include TDSP charges that are passed through without markup, taxes, GRT, and any other non-recurring fees.
